Hi Sloan, I’m so so sorry to hear that your kiddo is having the same issue. :( Thankfully she hasn’t had one since this one happened, but the only false alarm we’ve had so far was when she dropped the watch on the ground. I’m just so grateful that technologies like this and Empatica exist!
