I agree Chris! :) I started blogging as a means to keep track of all of the tools and tricks and tips I found while scouring around on the web, and the ones designers and UX pros shared with me. I actually just wrote them down in the blog so I wouldn’t forget them/lose track of them like I would if they were in a notebook or a Word doc. When other people started reading them regularly I was pretty shocked. It def adds authenticity to writing when you’re doing it to share information you found helpful rather than to rope in readers.
