Service dogs are absolutely magnificent. The bonds they share with their owners are like nothing I’ve ever seen. And you’re absolutely right, infusing all of our design work with empathy, and focusing on making it accessible and inclusive is so, SO important! There is a movement in the industry pushing the future in this direction, and it makes me so happy!
